Projects Today reported that the union Government is mulling to launch a new version of Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission with an allocation amounting to INR 1,00,000 crore, twice the amount meant for JNNURM Phase-I. This step is likely to be taken in a bid to accelerate growth

Indian long product price side restarts on June 30

The domestic Indian Steel prices dived further on June 30th 2009. The Indian Long Product Price Index ILPPI dropped by 30 points, whereas Indian Flat Product Price Index IFPPI increased by 4 points. The overall Indian Steel Price Index INDSPI dropped by 14 points.
