Merafe output up at South Africa JV with Xstrata
Reuters reported that South African ferrochrome producer Merafe Resources H1 production at its JV with Xstrata rose by 149%, pushing its share price up.
Xstrata said that the 149% ferrochrome production increase at the JV amounted to 608,000 tonnes.
